FUNCTION: Global Business Services – Centre of Excellence
LOCATION: Selangor, Malaysia
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Work closely with Content Enablement Team in continuous improvement projects
- Assist Content Enablement Team with several core activities that involve data maintenance in Coupa follow up with highimpact End Markets
- Involvement in Data Management, Data Quality and Reporting
- In preparing and consolidating reports for daily/weekly/monthly activities
- Learning/Training Opportunities related to Procurement Process
- Troubleshooting, problemsolving and assisting End Markets queries
- Provide training to requisitioner and procurement team
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- A fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree
- Possess leadership traits proven through extra-curricular activities
- Strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills
- Upbeat, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and able to work independently
