WE ARE LOOKING FOR A  LEAD MANAGER INSIGHT INTEGRATION

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Liaison between Headquarters and field operations team, including Area Vice presidents to streamline reporting, measuring and delivery of core KPIs.
  • Provide guidance and insight to TMD members and  field liaison teams to drive alignment with KPIs, how to interpret and read data and derive action plans associated with under or over performance
  • Manage the oversite and development of Trade Marketing Reporting portal to drive greater integration and updates to the platform to ensure full alignment with core KPIs and measurements including, but not limited too: Trade Coverage, Pricing Execution, NPI distribution, Field insights, State Forecasting etc.
  • Proactively support the management of key milestones, timelines, and deliverables of key decision forums that involve multiple workstreams across multiple brands and functions..
  • Drive the delivery of project-based milestones through the scheduling of standing meetings, recording minutes and deriving next actionable steps with the internal team.
  • Coordinate and drive high quality deliverables with team members for Key Forums. Compile and organize team monthly deliverables of all key forums for TMD and Trade marketing for presentation in conjunction with your core team counterparts.
  • Ensure alignment of materials with Leadership before key decision forums
  • Organize deliverable materials in central, controlled environment with record keeping on deliverables – when, how, who, what
  • Proactively identifying solutions, pivot opportunities and areas of acceleration to meet project deadlines and deliverables including tracking of KPIs and follow up items from previous leadership forums
  • Organize and develop pathway for Field leadership review and Field Trade business case management

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Background in Project Management, Commercial Finance, Insights, Analytics, or Trade Marketing
  • Understanding and experience with practical application of project management principles
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams across multiple stakeholders
  • Detail oriented and strong problem solving and analytical skills- excel, dashboard building (micro strategy, tableau or powerBI etc) & PowerPoint skills
  • A foundational understanding of roles of the channels, consumer behavior & insights
  • Undergraduate degree, MBA as plus
