ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The Engagement Centre is fully dedicated providing world class customer service to our consumers and distributors. We provide multi-channel support and have the best team of people ready to assist them. Your primary role is to be responsible for the training design and delivery of the Engagement Centre’s agents and staff, this includes new hire training, keeping the team updated on changes and new releases, as well as additional skills. In addition, you will develop course schedules and sessions and will ensure all trainees understand and grasp the required concepts comprehensibly.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Creating world class training delivery program and facilitating training sessions.
- Measuring training effectiveness and new hires quality operations delivery.
- Designing and maintaining training course for all materials and develop appropriate manuals and handouts.
- Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures and process are compliant to last business and government updates.
- Developing and maintaining documents for various processes, assist in preparing development plans.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Proficiency in German and an advanced level in English.
- Previous experience in training, training development, or a similar position.
- Experience designing training activities to promote engagements.
- Familiarity with interactive learning activities.
- Excellent communication skills, written and orally.
