SENIORITY LEVEL:  Junior Manager Level

FUNCTION: Marketing

SALARY RANGE: competitive salary + excellent benefits + market leading   bonus

LOCATION: Warsaw, Poland

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of Heated Products (HP) Category Team.

The role is responsible for supporting the team translating the brand strategy into critical projects to be implemented in our different markets.  

Reports to: Heated Products Senior Category Manager

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: Poland & Baltics

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Be at the heart of our industry transformation.
  • Assist and involve in brands' strategies and plans development in order to achieve annual and long-term target, including volume, market share, brand KPIs, commercial deliverables.
  • Analyse and identify key consumer insights in collaboration with cross function teams and translate the insights into input for key business strategies and action plans. Understanding of local market/industry is the benefit.
  • Manage the product development process and timeline by working closely with key partners to drive launch preparation & commercialization process. Key partners include cross function teams, planning centre, new product introduction center and external agencies.
  • Develop brand communication materials and activations through effective stakeholder management, to ensure all activities are in line with company guidelines.
  • Manage marketing budget and analyse the cost efficiency and effectiveness of all marketing activities, to generate the maximum return on investment.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum of 2 years of brand marketing experience within the FMCG industry
  • Proficiency in market segmentation, brand positioning, and brand plan development
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Polish
  • Proven experience in data analysis and demonstrated project management abilities
  • Interest and awareness of product development. Time management skill is essential to deliver project timeline.
  • Experience in working with multiple partners, including internal cross function teams, overseas teams, and external agencies
  • Ability to drive innovation, while paying close attention to details
  • Initiative-taking attitude, critical thinking ability, and competence in navigating ambiguity
