JOB TITLE: RTM & System Officer

FUNCTION: Trade Marketing

SUB FUNCTION:  Marketing - Trade

CITY & COUNTRY: Jakarta, Indonesia

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Provide support in the optimization and maintenance of the (conceptual) sales and distribution organization and trade system such a way that the marketing and sales objectives can be achieved with compliance and recorded in the system.

Reports to: RTM Manager

Geographic Scope: Local

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR                        

• Support trade system in daily operational, such as troubleshoot & support trade system operational.
• On weekly basis review Log issues and escalate to ITC (global team for trade system support).
• Align and seek solution to ITC for open pending issues regarding trade system.
• Support Depo/Area Distribution on the reporting OTIF and refreshment training for trade system.

KEY TARGET OF THIS ROLE

• 100% support trade operational in term of system.
• Follow up system issues to ITC (global team for trade system support) and get it solved
• Ideas for Trade system Improvement/Enhancement based on current situation.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or business-related fields
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Marketing/Sales or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing and logistics related role in FMCG
• Knowledge of and experience with Trade Marketing & Sales Sysem in FMCG, Computer Skill, & Leadership Skill.
• Exposure to a multi-national and cross-functional work environment is a plus
• Ability to teamwork and work optimally through relationships, persuasion, and influence
• Having fair commercial competence and sense of deep personal responsibility for the organization's success
