British American TobaccoUK has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Coordinator in London, Globe House
This role provides support to the Social Media Manager in the development of relevant and strategic content that we post on social media on behalf of BAT and key internal senior leaders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing audits on existing digital content for the Company to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines for voice, optimisation and suitability.
- Monitoring and researching competitors to find gaps in keywords or content to cover.
- Helping devise various content strategies that work for specific audiences with an aim to reach clear goals such as a set number of site visitors.
- Ability to brief the creative team, providing strategic direction and guidance to create content deliverables that are visually beautiful and impactful in terms of metrics.
- Reviewing and interpreting platform data & analytics to inform content decisions and ongoing content improvements; including planning and executing A/B testing of content.
- Ensuring unity throughout content by promoting a consistent brand voice and identity that aligns with social media profiles.
- Establishing a content calendar to create short and long-term content campaigns for different digital channels.
- Working closely with Digital Analytics coordinator to use tracking and measurement insights to inform content development and modifications.
What are we looking for?
- Degree qualification in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, audience segmentation, and strategic communications;
- Capable of creating a narrative with actionable recommendations to improve corporate communications penetration;
- Confident and comfortable in presenting research findings to senior-level stakeholders;
- Highly data sensitive, quick discoverer in data insights and able to locate the cause, provide a solution, and verify the result;
- Proven track record of leveraging data to drive communication strategies and improve engagement;
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and CRM platforms.
