ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Reports To: Assistant Manager, Order to Cash
Reporting Level: Individual Contributor
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Transaction Processing
- Perform billing activities
- Prepare any AR or SOx related reports
- Assist Team Lead with SOx controls related review
- Assist Team Lead with new process implementations
- Participate in continuous improvement in process efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor performance measures/key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure internal and SOx controls are adhered
- Address customer issues and requests
- Establish and maintain working relationship with stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues and identify potential risks if any
- Comply with accounting principles, GBS AsPac standards and SLAs
- Provide support for implementation of project migration and global initiative
- Ad hoc tasks as and when required
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Basic knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices and procedures
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to assess and promptly resolve problems
- Detail-oriented person
- At least 1 year working experience in Finance and Accounting, preferable Shared Services environment
- SAP and(or) SOx knowledge is an added advantage
