ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The role will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Leaf and the Leaf Team, serving as a central point for the function. This position requires strong interaction with various internal and external stakeholders of the company, with responsibilities including managing expectations and facilitating communication between parties.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Leading all aspects of general planning tasks and coordinating functional activities to achieve departmental goals efficiently and effectively.
- Managing departmental procurement, payables, and contracts through the system.
- Facilitating coordination between field and factory teams for company events.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
- Partial completion or full qualification in tertiary education (e.g., degree).
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Sinhala.
- Outstanding relationship-building abilities and a collaborative team player.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
