JOB TITLE: Customer Development Executive
FUNCTION: Marketing
LOCATION: Sri Lanka
SENIORITY LEVEL: Non- Management
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Tracking & Driving all Pay for Performance Retail promotions
- Timely analysis on Abisheka, Trade Activity to Trade Team & HO Team
- Quarterly base Validations for Abisheka & Trade Promotions
- Finalizing monthly payout through evaluating Volume & KPI Performance
- GPM & CLT updates on ongoing Promotions
- Tracking & Monitoring Route wise distributor performance to finalize monthly Performance base incentive payout.
- Effectively handling all Capex developments
- Monitoring & Developing Plans to expand Retailer Connect App footprint among Abisheka Top Tier outlets.
- Developing a Digital Dashboard to monitor Abisheka & Trade promotion performance.
- Timely Renewal on Abisheka Exclusivity agreement
- Explore additional opportunities to capture annual agreement with Traders.
- Handling Abisheka Insurance (Trader Insurance) & Aloka Insurance (Distributor Staff)
- Policy holder onboarding & maintaining an updated log
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree Business Management or a related discipline
- 1-2 years’ experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
- Rational decision making and problem-solving ability is essential
Upbeat, self-motivated, result-driven, highly adaptable, and able to work independently.
