British American Tobacco Sweden has an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Experience Managerin Malmo.

British American Tobacco is going through an exciting transformation, as our business moves from traditional products to potentially reduced risk nicotine and non-nicotine products. The Nicotine Category is one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing categories in the Sweden market among other markets, which makes Sweden the lead market in BAT’s transformation journey towards A Better Tomorrow.

The purpose of the role as Consumer Experience Manager is to develop and implement the overall consumer experience strategy and lead the efficient and effective delivery of the consumer experience function, working with internal BAT teams and collaborators and external partners and to equip the CX team to succeed.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and drive the Sweden CX strategy alongside your Area CX partners and the Sweden end-market.
  • Lead managers and equip for success: Ensure your direct reports are equipped to succeed by ensuring the right development, the right strategic path, and a good and healthy work environment in whole CX team Sweden.
  • Ongoing influence and collaboration with the Area Consumer Experience Team
  • Influence and ensure consistency and alignments with the Nordics teams

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience from a similar role
  • Engaging and encouraging people, providing direction and focus and drive people for results. Commercially and consumer centric and engaging partners proactively.
  • Lead and drive implementation of strategies to ensure that objectives are achieved
  • Drive the marketing cycle meetings (CPM, operational CPM)
  • Develop the team’s knowledge and skills
  • Resilience and adaptable to working in a fast-paced highly regulated environment.
  • Proven experience in a highly regulated industry FMCG industry
  • Previous line management experience including managing managers within a broader team
  • Effective collaborator management - working with and managing multiple stakeholders (internal and external) with an ability to prioritise often conflicting requirements and advance issues to drive resolution when required.
  • Embraces change: enjoying working in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Critical thinker & agitator: loves to challenge norms both internally and externally to drive cultural and performance breakthroughs.
  • Experience working in a diverse team with several nationalities and cultures.
