British American Tobacco Serbia has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Activation Specialist in Belgrade.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute promotional activities in the retail sector to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Create engaging content for various channels, ensuring it captivates and retains the audience’s attention and monitor and improve the effectiveness of marketing activities through continuous performance tracking.
- Analyze market trends to identify and leverage new promotional opportunities effectively.
- Manage relationships with agencies to ensure smooth and productive collaborations.
- Oversee retail promotions and product placements to maximize their impact and visibility.
- Collaborate with the planning team to forecast demand accurately based on sales data and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive and efficient operation.
- Monitor competitor activities to stay ahead in the market and adjust strategies as needed and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to drive business growth.
- Improve sales through targeted and innovative promotional efforts and ensure all activities are in line with the budget to maintain financial efficiency and report on business results and marketing activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with planning and supply chain teams
What are we looking for?
- Education: University degree, preferably in marketing
- At least 4 years of working experience in the field of promotional activities or similar
- Experience in FMCG companies, particularly in dairy, chemical, or similar industries, is required.
- Proven presentation and communication skills
- Innovative, creative and proactive approach with the ability to effectively introduce changes and launch new initiatives.
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office – especially Power Point and Excel)
- Proficiency in English and native in Serbian
